I was lucky enough to have a mother who let me choose a \u201cnew\u201d fruit or vegetable every time we went to the grocery store and bring it home to discover. For me, it was a moment of pure happiness. I was also lucky enough to live very close to a Swiss family who would share their family meals with me, opening up a whole new world to me: chemically-free, simple and full of flavour.<\/p>\n<p>Being an epicurean, always on the lookout for the little product to discover, criss-crossing the countryside to find new producers, curious and loving to cook, Atelier No16 was born of necessity.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s only natural for me to share my discoveries, my favourites and my passion via a gable on the web, allowing me to share with everyone this beautiful madness that inhabits me to eat simply with the best local ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Your gourmet in chief!<\/p>\n<p>Marie-No\u00eblle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For as long as I can remember, I&#8217;ve always been curious about discovering new flavors.
