{"id":3215,"date":"2020-07-08T15:43:26","date_gmt":"2020-07-08T19:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mngastronome.com\/clafoutis-de-cerises-griotte\/"},"modified":"2024-07-22T15:35:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-22T19:35:24","slug":"morello-cherry-clafoutis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mngastronome.com\/en\/morello-cherry-clafoutis\/","title":{"rendered":"Morello cherry clafoutis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A simple and delicious recipe&#8230;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1lb Morello cherries, washed, stemmed and pitted<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sugar, preferably cane sugar or turbinado<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup flour, I like yellow pea flour &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cold milk<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 190\/375<\/p>\n<p>Butter an ovenproof dish, pour in the cherries and sprinkle with half the sugar. Then, in a mixing bowl, add the flour, remaining sugar, eggs one at a time while whisking well, cold milk and vanilla.
